I think he's an excellent pick who comes across well on television. He has good character, solid beliefs, and impecable qualifications to be a good jurist. Its going to be hard for the Left to attack John G. Roberts. He's like a guy straight out of central casting. My only thought is he would be a better President than a judge but we should be thrilled to have him on the Supreme Court! Note to the Left: you losers don't get to dictate Supreme Court nominees to the President. When you start winning elections, THEN you can shape the court's direction. With at least one and possibly two retirements from the SCOTUS in the future, the President stands poised to remake the court's face. I always knew what I wanted in a judge and heck he ain't Robert Bork but the circumstances in which this man was named are very different from those in President Reagan's day. I think The Gipper is smiling up there somewhere!

Nope. It will be easy for them. The question is, who will scare the Seven Dwarves into taking their side?

Exactly what I said when I saw him on Fox accepting his nomination.
