Does anyone know where he stands on the personal rights granted by the Second Amendment?

I don't like his position on illegal Searches in violation of the 4th Amendment.

Lets hope his observance of the Constitution outweighs his like for police powers. Scalia also tends to like police power. That seems to be Robert's only downside, which is no big deal if he is a true Constitutionalist.

Whoa there!

The Bill of Rights does NOT "grant" rights, it recognizes them as pre-existing. Rights granted are rights that can be revoked.

I realize this is nit-picking, but it's very important to understand the difference. Words have meanings, dontcha know.
