I am not the least bit confused over how the duct tape was discovered.
As usual some of the media jump the gun and report info prior to getting the full account. (You know the first to get the scoop).
Was the 'other' bone the one they claimed was a donkey bone? That's what I was thinking when she said that last night. She didn't say it, that's just what I was thinking.
We don't know at this time who or what the bones belong to.
Considering the shoddy reporting from the media, it could be that someone walking in the area was told that a ranger found some hair and duct tape...they 'tipped' the media before anything official was said.
