I think most people here in this country do instinctively identify with a young white blonde girl. And her parents. It isn't racist, it is just identification. And the news covers it because she is like the majority of people in this country. And we watch. It isn't racist. I mean with so many murders, we have to pick the ones that seem closest to our hearts. And our hearts, our children, are white.
If she were black, we might identify with her and her parents. And if we didn't , well all the black people would.
That is just nature if you ask me. And a big dose of the determination of Beth Holloway.
