The tape with blond hair is being examined for DNA evidence. A portion of it has been shipped to Hollad (it should have arrived there by now. But, who knows when it's gonna come back). And the rest of the strains are being examined by the FBI in the States.
There is another piece of duct tape with some red stuff on it. But haven't heard in my meticulous searches what has happened to it. More forensics (forensic is my specialty, btw) I guess is being conducted as we speak RIGHT NOW.
Feel free to come and share with us sleughters (Spelling?). You will find here some of the most developed forensic minds in FR.
On we go! We gonna crack this case.

And just a few hours ago, the Alabama House of Representatives has passed a resolution asking Alabama residents to boycott travel to Aruba until Aruban officials help us solve this case of Natalee Holloway.

On 48 hours right now, they are talking about sex slaves and the industry behind it. I still think this is a possibility (albeit remote)

I hadn't heard this prior to now. If it is in fact a new development, it is a very good sign. Probably it figures into the overall "new attitude" that at least seems to be emerging tonite.
We'll know within a few days if it is all lip service or the real thing by watching the usually catty aruban TV personalities, lawyers not in the case, and possibly most telling of all will be the defense attorneys suddenly squawking. If their attitudes and demeanor changes from what we have been used to, then the changes would seem real.

I know Beth told Greta about her son being there and C&C...and Beth telling Greta about warning Natalee about the usual stuff. Stay with a group.....etc.
now that I have No teenagers anymore, its sinking in that perhaps the toughest parenting is yet to come....supporting your children as they go thru college, love, hate, marriage, children, etc..
mothering and fathering never ends..........
sometimes, all you can do is cross your fingers and pray that things will be okay....

OK, maybe you are right -- then where did that pic of Natalee and the other girl come from? The same camera / tourist? I thought that the point was that this was a pic of Natalee and Joran visibly in the bar at the same time at 12:30, an hour before she disappeared.
