You should've gone to East Side High School. Then you would've at least learned how to swear in Portuguese.
Actually I lived right next to East Side High School - corner of New York Ave. and Pulaski Street. The nonsense I saw at Central was while I was at NJIT. Folks left Newark in 1965, so from the 5th grade on I was in Whippany.
