Just wondering - why did you cut off the top of the sign in your photo???? Was there something there you didn't want us to see?

Just wanted to let you know that the top of the sign was Winthrop Beach. I am the one this happened to! The only thing that is "hidden" here is the fact they changed an original ORDINANCE dated June 12th 1989 and did not follow the rules of procedure to change an ordinance. The rules for change are clearly stated in the "Grant Of The Powers Of The Town" under the Constitution and laws of the State of Maine!!!
