Some in GOP fear more revelations, and hope naming a court nominee will overshadow case.
WASHINGTON If Karl Rove was source No. 2, who was source No. 1? Rove, President Bush's top political advisor, has survived a bruising week of controversy over his role in the unmasking of a CIA officer. But White House officials and their Republican allies acknowledge that they may face more revelations in the weeks and months to come.

Joe Wilson and or his wife... or possibly George Soros and
Larry Flynt pretending to be Rove.

The LA Times could call their fellow insurgents at the NY Times and find out:

Karl wasn't even source number one.

I'm just absolutely amazed at how ridiculous the MSM&D are viewing this. They've got squat and still they're trying to push it like it's some huge scandal...Of course it's their MO, but still I've never seen such incredulous desperation from a bunch of seething lowlife's about nothing in my life.
Just to make their heads spin Bush ought to appoint Rove to a higher position in his administration sighting Rove's incredible vision and foresight to alert a reporter to a potential false story.
Hey Mandy, go pound sand!

One of the major issues in this whole sorry incident is the behavior of the media. Let's just take Cooper:
-he calls Rove and pulls a bait and switch
-he writes an article in Time Magazine that depicts White House officials in the worst possible light. His article referred to a war on Wilson; reading the e-mails shows the media initiated all contacts;
-he grandstands and pretends that Rove called him on the day he was to go to jail, that did not happen
The media won't, of course, report on their own slimy behavior, we should keep the spot light on.

MSM is licking its wounds... they're beating a retreat knowing they lost this round.

The press has made clear in recent days that no crime was committed since Plame wasn't undercover. So, who gives a rip who "outed" her.
The special prosecutor, if he's doing anything besides wasting taxpayer money, is probably looking at obstruction or perjury charges. Everyone, this includes the MSM, needs to get past the outing thing and start trying to figure out who's going to get nailed for lying under oath. My guess is it's Wilson. Wouldn't that be sweet!

Do you think they're ever going to wake up?

They are probably going to find that Yellow-cake Joe leaked it to Corn, who then wrote his article posing the questions of the leak.

The L.A. slimes might try to blame Reagan. They're probably still so scared of him that they think he can do anything.

The MSM press is trying to make more of this than it is and no one was hurt from it.
If memory serves me correctly the press did not have near this much to say when Patrick "Leaky" Leahy divulged classified information to them in the 90's that caused hundreds of Americas operatives to be murdered.
Where was the press when Bill Clinton gave China access to classified computer components?
Where were the press the other week when John Kerry was outing a CIA Operative on the Senate floor?
Where was the press when the Democrats were selling judgeship's?
The MSM is as believable as the Clintons and Bin Laden and they are out to destroy America and make her into a dictatorship.
