All in parallel. Would make no difference. If your equipment is nto shielded you are toast. The traces themselves in a curcuit board will couple enough energy to blow semiconductors.

Yes of course, good properly grounded enclosures with very good EMI/RFI gasketing are also needed. Ground loops will wipe you out.
