I just read your profile page. You are clearly a good, Christ-centered person. I also recall that you and I exchange private emails about 2.5 years ago.

While don't agree with your views on prophetic dreaming, you are certainly entitled to those views. I also get frustrated with the scores of people on FR who seem to think that China is poised on the brink of invading the US mainland. I personally find this fear to be irrational, dangerous, and entirely without justification.

In any case, please accept my apologies for the harshness of my tone. It was unwarranted.

1) The prophet/ess concerned is someone who puts their whole trust and whole life in Jesus The Christ and walks intimately by and with His Spirit. As is commonly my experience, I suspect they are one of the more reliable sorts who are of low earthly status but high heavenly status being a watchman on the wall quietly but powerfully.

2) I tend to be close minded toward people's perspectives who are close minded, narrow, rigid, etc. about I Cor 12 and 14.

3) Calling such a servant of The Most High God a forturne teller is not likely to please HIM.

Apology accepted.

I have enough battle scars on such issues, I may have a bit of a reflex response. But I also recognize that you seem to Love God and seek to serve Him. That's a super high priority in my book and I'm honored and happy to call you a brother.

I tend to get annoyed with folks who are so convinced about this or that regarding China without having lived there.

In spite of your aversion, I still encourage you to seek out Dimitru Duduman's grandson's site about his dreams and visions and biography. Read his biography. Read 20% of his better known visions about China. THEN PRAY ABOUT THEM. THEN tell me what you think.

There is no explanation for his life other than that God intervened in an Eastern European alcoholic Sailor's life and turned it around, inside out and upside down for Jesus.

Yeah, I remember Mao well and I remember how much damage he did to his own people. But he was freely spending the lives of other people. Mao himself died of old age. He plainly stated that China could afford to get rid of a bunch of population. China now has a serious "middle class " so I expect they would take a dim view, and have the means do do something about, any new purges. I keep watching for evidence the Chicom military is being pumped up do do other than defend Mother China. What do you suppose the Chinese word for "kamikazi "is?

I do indeed understand the apparent Chicom hankering to be the Alpha Dog. They are, however and for instance, short on electricity, a condition that will prevent top dogginess as long as it exists. Their recent rapid econ growth has hit the stone wall of power supply and seems to be moderating somewhat, probably because of that. They are currently building a booster power station that will run on natural gas, something they don't have, intended to run only in the summer, to supply the load caused by AIR CONDITIONING and the reefers they built during the Great Leap Forward. Altho I'm not a freak about it I do watch what they are actually building and buying---it's instructional-----

Wise soul, you are.

Please email me summaries, if you come up with such, when you think worth it.

Blessings,

In the spirit of the good old cowboy quick draw .... I must admit that I have a certain fondness for my .44 Mag S&W revolver. I had to splurge and get the nice hand tooled leather holster and all .. there was a place going out of business and I swooped right in there ... LOL! Saving up for a good lever action cowboy rifle ... someday!

I seriously doubt that the Japanese would ally with the Chinese under any circumstances. That has got to be one of the most "oil and waterish" possible alliances. Don't get faked out by a few Japanese businesses dealing with the PRC in the short term. The US is actually more in bed with the PRC economically than the Japanese - the Japanese have a much more diverse set of low cost countries they deal with - many in SE Asia, for example. The Japanese also have ongoing domestic production and good CD. When the balloon goes up, due to their front line position, they will be the first to fire back at the Chi Coms.

I got a 30-30 lever carbine thinking that would be cool, but it runs hot enough to fry an egg after two rounds, and it kicks like a mule. There is probably something wrong with the interior geometry. The 45 WinMag pistol is supremely accurate and has 1/2 the whomp of the 12 gauge with mag slug at the muzzle, very similar to the 44 mag, but for just fun the 45 Colt single action can hardly be beat.

One of these days I'll probably get me a good 45. The 9 (Browing) is fine, but as you have alluded to, a good 45 is tough to beat. Familiar at all with Kimber's hardware?

A step up from the 9 is the 40. That is popular with competitive combat shooters as it is a little cheaper to reload than the 45, has somewhat less kick and has sufficient power to knock down the pins.

Good point on the cost of reloading!

You could be right.

But Duduman's scenario is also possible.

"Pertinent comments of Dr. Lowell Wood, noted physicist at Lawrence Livermore Laboratory:

… the basic point is that essentially all of our conventional military capability and all of our civilian infrastructure is highly vulnerable to EMP damage. The dollar numbers in the civilian infrastructure alone can be conservatively estimated at several trillion dollars' worth of infrastructure which is at risk potentially even from a single pulse—several trillion dollars. So the Congress might properly or appropriately be minded to engage the issue on the basis not only that defeat of our conventional military forces but a very, very profound economic damage to our civilian infrastructure is possible.

None of the above men are alarmists. Yet their warnings are indeed alarming, especially considering recent events just off the Chinese coast.

And the bottom line is that now, in 2005, as a result of the treasons of 1993-2000, the power and technological advantage enjoyed by the Chinese is probably, in large part, the result of (bartered for political support) research reports, design specifications, computer models and hi-tech machinery provided by the United States. And, when we are called upon – most likely within the next two years – to defend Taiwan, we will find ourselves confronting an enemy largely armed to the teeth by one of our own Presidents.

Our men will die, our weaponry and equipment will be blown up, and freedom-loving nations will find themselves facing an ominous predator unlike any the world has ever known … in large part because of William Jefferson Clinton’s thirst for power, allegiance to a leftist political agenda … and obsessive desire to manufacture a personal legacy."

the implications are tremendous. We as a people are not prepared. Does anyone have their own generator? Is there a way to shield it? Are the products available? Should we all buy an old pre 1975 car? This is so immense that it is difficult to know where to begin with any sort of descent effective preparations.

There was a TV show about the survival of the US after an emp "Dark Angel". Believe it ran for 2 seasons. Bicycles were important means of transportation.

I agree with the hypothesis that the muslims and the Chinese are working together. One would think that it would be easy to supply the nukes for the Muslims, simply to take away the blame and then join in once the terrorists have already knocked us on our knees.

Is it my imagination or is it happening that the readers here and the rest of the nation are shrugging their shoulders; and going on with daily routines as usual?

The 'what can I do about it response'?

It may result in it being the end of our nation ... ho hum.

Doesn't anyone get a fire in their belly anymore?
