During the discussion on judicial nominees a few weeks ago, Dingy Harry asked the Senators who wanted to see why one of the nominees should not be confirmed, that they should "Go upstairs and look in the raw FBI files of the nominee and it will be clear that this candidate should not be confirmed."

1. The raw FBI files are confidential and divulging them or their contents is a crime.
2. Dingy Harry does not have the required security clearance to see those files.
3. Where is the Special Prosecutor looking into this?

No kidding. Plus, those "raw" files have not even been vetted. They have all kinds of crap from ex-wives/husbands, ex-girlfriends, neighbors, co-workers, etc., some of whom might have an axe to grind and who might not be telling the truth.
