Impeachment is not the goal. Delaying the confirmation of Bush Judges is. Something about that scenario doesn't make sense. If anything, any attempt by the Democrats to even suggest that impeachment is on their minds would almost guarantee that every Bush judicial nominee would sail through their confirmation hearings with unanimous GOP support.

I agree. Their goal is to push the second and third SC nomination hearings beyond the midterm elections.
