I don't know if the story is about a secret file, but it my refer to 'White House Files'. I don't know. Should be interesting no matter how off base it will be.

If it was carefully orchestrated, a scoop wouldn't be published in a Saturday issue.

"Since Wilson was anti-Saddam before the oil-for-food program began and pro-Saddam after, you may have a good theory. I think Wilson has a number of "European" friends that may have had their gravy train cut off"......BINGO!!!!see http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1442848/posts. You and I both think alike as to just exactly what old Joe's "business" ventures were

I think impeaching Bush (or who ever happened to be the next GOP President) has been on their mind for a long time. I remember some Liberal saying back in 2000 that Bush's "connections" to Enron will lead to the biggest scandal since Teapot Dome. There have been a lot of attempts to generate a scandal that have ended up making the Libs looks silly. I have the sneaky suspicion that this is where the Plame story is going.
Yet notice how they are sliding the scale. First they said that this was a crime. Now that it appears that it might not be a crime (after two years of talking trash) now the Dems say that it's just unethical...but, that Rove should go anyway. Even Wilson, once talking about Rove in handcuffs, is nows saying that it might not be a crime.

.... and I told him, no way, I was going for a full KR body tattoo...LOL!! And I'll be wearing my Club Gitmo teeshirt.
Just when you think the Dims can't get any more pathetic, they stoop to the occassion.

I want to know why the MSM and the Demagogic Party are so eager to undermine genuine national security by flogging non-stories...Because, although they could neer admit it publicly, they want nothing less than the fall of the United States. The Left sees the U.S. as the only thing standing between it and the utopian dream it's had since Marx.

I think impeachment is the goal or at least a black spot so large President Bush will be known for nothing else. SCOTUS may be part of a one-two punch or the vehicle. We are in a middle of a War
The American People will NOT tolerate the Dems pulling a stunt like that
IF this is their intent .. it WILL back fire one them

Matthew Cooper appears to have been singled out by the prosecutor because of the belief that he, too, witnessed an Intelligence Identities Protection Act felony. Cooper shares a byline on this Time piece, which reports that "some government officials" gave Plame's identity to the magazine. From the no-good-deed-goes-unpunished department comes this ironic tidbit. The piece Cooper co-wrote"A War on Wilson?"was largely supportive of the theory that the Bush administration was smearing Wilson by outing Plame. As for Walter Pincus, today's Post reports that Pincus "has written that a Post reporter received information about [Plame] from a Bush administration official." Presumably, Pincus is the firsthand, witnessing reporter, hence the prosecutor's subpoena.
Novak's claim that the White House had not tried to plant this story with other reporters now seems to be contradicted by statements from Matt Cooper and Walter Pincus, who both revealed in July 2005 that they had been told of Valerie Wilson's CIA status by White House sources prior to the release of Novak's column.

Oh what a tangled web they've weaved.
The liberal left will be bereaved.
With Plame, Wilson, Chucky and Hill
They'll only stop when they see the bill.

not a bad idea. but Miller isn't going to talk under any circumstances, so unless Fitzgerald has some other evidence that would demonstrate that - we will never know.

They never thought they would lose. The media worked openly for Kerry. They never doubted that Kerry would win. Now that Bush won, the folks who paid for Kerry's campaign want some satisfaction.
What many don't understand is just how many plans all over the world were screwed up when Bush bombed Iraq. France, Russia and Germany lost BILLIONS, much of which was headed directly into the pockets of politicians and U.N. cronies.
George Soros and his backers did not spend all that money so that Bush could kick them out of the middle east. The hatred of Bush is beyond anything the world had for Nixon or Reagan. Bush is smashing their faces in the mud, and keeping them from making money.
John Kerry spent his whole life preparing for being president, and Teddy Kennedy was planning to set up shop as the power behind the throne. Bush dashed their dreams. These are people with egos beyond anything normal. They think they are Gods, that they should have dominion over the rest of us. The MSM just wants a slice of their pie.
I'm telling you, they never thought they would lose.
