I don't think so. Most people who find out about it will tune it out as the same old annoying inside-the-beltway bitching/arguing/bickering/noise. That's the perception, I believe. Only political junkies are paying attention to this; the rest will say, "Rove....ok now who is that again?"
You can be SURE whether we care or NOT, it'll be all over the MSM today, tomorrow and in the future.
I hope the Grand Jury wraps up early and let the chips fall where they may.
(though I still think in the end Joe and Val will BOTH be in Jail and Karl will be babysitting the twins)
