i was just reading the front page and it says that the duct tape was found during a routine cleaning by the park service. This conflicts with what i heard on fox that the polis went to this area based on a tip.

How often is the routine...monthly or ???
and what evidence might have been trashed in any "cleanings" since May 30?
Maybe the cleaning service was who they referred to as the tipster. Who knows? We're talking about an asylum down there.
