Right you are.
Did some digging, here's Yeslam's company website:

YESLAM is a profound yet gentle message in a bottle for her, for him, and for all who
long for inner peace, serenity and blessings in the wonderful world of fragrant bliss.<<<
From "the concept" in your link.
They sure hired a person good with words.
But, I thought their bliss came with the explosion?
My thoughts on the perfume purchased in London, is that it
will be used to hide the odor of the anthrax, or cyanide.
You do not run from a broken bottle of perfume, so will get the full dose of bio.
Nor do you spend $2,000. for metal perfume bottles, when the dollar store will have them, and they know how to use nails.
That has to be to hide the 'odors' of chemicals.
As my memory goes, it was several different names of perfume.
What would happen, if I on the subway, accidently dropped my purse and the bottle broke?
Ok, some of us can't take that much perfume and we will leave, but many will simply stand there and smell it.
Sorry that I don't have all my thoughts in one package, but to go on with the cover up thought.
NO-NO is no longer allowed in the house.
When you did not jump to her needs/wants, she would pee in my purse......on money, checks on the way to the bank, I mean fill it up.
For months, the inside of my purse smelled like Avon's Imari
cologne (Oriental fragrance). It covers that strong cat urine very well.
People took my money and thought it was only spilled cologne.
