Millions every year? 1858-1947 would be 89 years. Millions per year would be around 270 million. What was the British methodology for starvation? I'm familiar with the British Corn Laws concerning Ireland, but in all my reading on the Raj I've never come across anything like what your are talking about.

Not Nazi like cruelty -- face facts taht the Brits cannot be compared to the Nazis except for a few sparse examples like General Dyer, the Bengal famine etc. They didn't starve millions EVERY year. Note that.
