Yep, just in case the terrorists were pondering (as if they're not) the NYC transit system as a target - she just gave them the go-ahead signal.
And may I add...divert attention from HERSELF...who would be more directly culpable because of her own position.
She's also telling the NYPD that what they are doing is nothing.....that only money will catch a terrorist. She's due for another booing session!!!
