Hillary 'Outraged' at Bush Security Failure
NewsMax.com ^ | July 9, 2005 | Carl Limbacher

Posted on 07/09/2005 9:02:49 AM PDT by Carl/NewsMax

2008 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said Friday she was "outraged" that President Bush hasn't spent more money to beef up security on New York City's mass transit system in the wake of Thursday's train bombings in London.

"I'm absolutely outraged by the failure of the administration to release the [rail security] funding that Congress approved last year," the top Democrat complained.

"We are woefully behind where London and other subway systems are because London does have the video surveillance," she fumed. "I just don't understand what the holdup is."

Even before the smoke cleared in London, Clinton was on the attack, ripping Bush in a statement posted to her official Senate web site on Thursday:

"It is imperative that the millions of New Yorkers who travel on trains and buses know that our tunnels and facilities continue to operate with the highest security operations in place. The President’s budget calls for a $50 million cut in funding for rail and transit security this year, which is clearly a step in the wrong direction."

Mrs. Clinton vowed to continue to press the White House to get the job done, saying, "I will work to ensure that we provide the resources needed to meet our rail and transit security needs."

The liberal media is always so successful at convincing these wannabes that they're the next big thing -- fanning their delusions of grandeur that is the seed of their inevitable madness and self-destruction.

Al Gore, Howard Dean, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton...

The liberal media is not so bad for the rest of us. But for a power-hungry few, it can be so devastating.

Maybe she needs to explain the money that was given to NY that was not spent first.

You know she wouldn't dare show up at a rail station. Transit workers would hook her up....mistaking her for the Caboose.

Who's the victim here? Is it Hillary or the liberal media? Who is exploiting whom? Each looks into the nothingness of the person before them and says, "Yes, I'll use this nothing before me to further my ambition; I'm the one using them while they think they are using me to advance their ambition."

They're both losers -- and everybody in the world can see that but the two of them, crazed by their own lust to be on top, to be a somebody, to be the king/queen of the world with everybody bowing to them. Have we seen such madness before?

"Hillary Clinton said she was "outraged" that President Bush..."

I've heard that her husband keeps her in a perpetual state of outrage, and so she is just looking for an innocent puppy to kick. It'd be far preferable if those two would ante up for a marriage counselor and work their problems out -- instead of dragging the whole country through their humiliations and debasement. What did we ever do to deserve this?

Schumer is good protection from gutter attacks, the problem is that Schumer is the source of gutter attacks!

This is a typical example of political opportunism. However, many have said to me that politics don't follow Marquess of QueensBerry rules. Democrats are riding in the Hindenburg, liberal theology, and looking for any life raft they can, and their favorite is the USS Bash Bush. If they choose Hillary to run for president, she will be their Hindenburg incarnate. There is a even chance that she won't run because Hillary might be self-serving, and as phony as three dollar bill, but she isn't stupid. She might read the polls and look at the different electoral maps and realize that the senate is the only political venue afford to her. Then again ego and vanity might get her to run, even with the chance of her winning are slim and none.

The only reason the liberal media promotes Hillary is to demonstrate they still have their iron grip control over the minds of the masses -- by being able to convince us she is the most "brilliant" mind the world has ever known -- just like they did with Al Gore, Howard Dean, John Kerry, ...

If they can convince us she is the best and the brightest, they can convince us of anything. So far, they've only been able to convince the Democrats and liberals that Saddam and Osama are totally innocent.

Only a conscienceless sociopathic pathological liar would believe that everyone is so stupid that they'd fall for such an outrageously hypocritical claim

Don't know for sure but Hellary may need a thyroid check and fast.

Her Whoremones are showing all over the place.

Somehow I feel sorry for Bill.

Have to feel sorry for any man married to a woman enabler with a huge penis complex.

I wouldn't trust this maniac to watch my children much less be president.
