Oh come on. They attack the US every chance they get, directly or through our friends. If the big dog leaves the fight because of no support then the field is their's and that's exactly what they want.

You imply that they are idiots and kill just because they like to do it. Their actions have proven that they are not stupid. That they are willing to die so that they can kill makes them very dangerous, but they still choose where and when and how to kill very carefully. Don't let your hatred (I think you will accept this word) for them blind you. They have a purpose and they will do whatever they can to make it real. The US is their ultimate enemy and they will try to drive all our support away if they can. That's why they won't do anything in Ottawa. In London they may affect our ally, in Ottawa they will just make a mess and maybe even drive some "neutral" country into our corner. They can blow up all of Indonesia, Malaysia and the southern Philippines and it will have no effect. Those people will still hate us, and killing a few Western tourists will mean nothing to them.
