This is why I support wholeheartedly "RealID" and the Patriot Act, and enhancements to it, and in addition believe all judges who are enabling terrorists getting a break ought to be impeached. Our most trusted officials, our police, are stating they need these tools. We must give them.

None of that does a damn bit of good if our borders are wide open.

Don't buy into the politicians beliefs of "Our anti-terrorist legislation failed? Then the only solution is more anti-terrorist legislation!!!"
