MSNBC commentator is saying that only Bin Laden or Zarqawi (Iraqi) can order jihad attacks in England/Europe.

If that is true, Zarqawi is a most dangerous terrorist and should be considered on the same level as bin Laden.

As the lady caller to Tony Snow's radio program said this morning: Jihad is World War 3.

Zaquawi has, if I recall correctly, been telling Iraqis to "strike in the West" to drive the US and UK out of Iraq.

I'll see if I can find the link later. It was in an analysis of the insurgency at the Institute of Strategic Studies site or someplace of that kind.

Zarqawi has been on the same level for quite some time, unless you ignore many of our fallen service members in Iraq.

That doesn't mean we are going to get him anytime soon (although if he's connected to the London attacks, the U.K. might ratchet things up a few notches).
