McCabe is beyond shame.

But more public outrage could be stirred up if it is pointed out that Lazy Bones McCabe seems to have set up a straw man, by

1. only looking at Michael's testimony and
2. saying Michael's testimony clears him of suspicion.

Yes, and it got worse than that, IMO. The two drudges assigned by McCabe looked only in the existing court record. How on earth would they find anything there? How could they expect to? Greer had thrown out anything that might shed light on the case. There was nothing left to "find."

Which, I'm sure, they all knew.
