1. The death penalty was thrown out in state court and was not reapproved by the state assembly. As of today, there is no death penalty in NY State.
2. Even when we had the death penalty, NY state didn't execute anyone for even the most heinous crimes.

A lot has changed since I left that liberal hellhole when Hitlery was elected in 2000. The Silver-lead Assembly is a joke. Bruno is a worthless RINO and Pataki needs a spine. I am much happier with a Republican lead Senate, House and governor in GA.
