there is absolutely no evidence he is going to be nominated and yet some here are going absolutely appoplectic....some have become absolutely unhinged on baseless speculation

Oh, yeah....that's real smart politics.

Everytime you attack Gonzalez, you hand the Democrats a cudgel to beat over the head of the nominee, by saying, Gonzalez was too moderate on position a, position b, and so on...
