LATEST: ROBERT REDFORD has urged journalists to investigate US President GEORGE W BUSH's administration - because he sees strong similarities between Bush's government and the events leading to the Watergate scandal which forced President RICHARD NIXON to resign.
How can Redford see anything with his head stuck so far up his butt.

Hey Sundance, trying to recapture your youth? Well, sorry this is not 1972, Nixon and Vietnam. The American people are not going to let the Rats, Liberals, Socialist Pinkos and the MSM recreate that abomination again. We know the truth, you can't pull the wool over our eyes anymore. Furthermore, had we known then, you would never have trashed our Military, Troops and a President. A President who may very well have led America out of a Demonrat initiated War with dignity and honor for it's Military and citizens. In short, you have done enough damage, so STFU and go away.
I don't have any problem with journalists investigating Bush. Look what happened when Rather investigated Bush. Now Rather's "retired" and his employer is on the verge of financial collapse.
I am not ashamed of all of us, just some. I was born in 1942 and the time of the 50s was wonderful, 60s started to go downhill and it got worse from there and it was OUR generation who made up these jerks.
Redford is about as deep a thinker as Nick Nolte.

I am from that era as well, born in '49 and my only shame is how much of our generation went too far overboard during the '60's 'Cultural Revolution' and trashed much of the values of our Country and the previous generation. On the other hand, I also think we were often misled by a slanted MSM/Media (just like now), especially during the Vietnam war. But we didn't have such a myriad of alternate news sources and the Internet. Back then most of us had only 3 or 4 tv stations, the alphabets, and major Newspapers like NYT, Wapo that most of the local newspapers would glean their stories from. The MSM painted a picture and the youth bought it for the most part, which was truly a disservice for all America.
