I mean, when you are looking to hire a computer guy, your mind isn't even conceiving of the fact that this guy could be a sex offender.

I know. Scary as heck. He was so polished, it seems. Like all good psychopaths...great appearances to cover the inside filth.

It's really mind-warping to see the resume and picture and think of the guy burning kids with cigarettes for fun.

Reminds me of a serial kid killer in Michigan when I was growing up there. Used to take a kid every time it snowed. There was a lot of panic. The police went on television and said that the guy they were looking for was your neighbor, a businessman earning big bucks, probably, and looked as normal as you could imagine. So then no one trusted their own family after that.

This morning, I said this guy was being questioned about where all the rest of the bodies where. I speculated that, like the killer of Adam Walsh, eventually hundreds of murders of missing children might be solved. I don't know why I got online today, except that this case is bothering me so much.

After reading, compliments of the links on this thread just a few minutes ago....I KNOW there are probably hundreds. We may never know how many innocent adults and children have died at the hands of this animal.

WHY, after HIS RECORD, was this thing allowed loose on bail, just to abscond and disappear so he could kill untold more people and permanently traumatize survivors like Shasta Groene? Why, when his stolen vehicle was stopped, wasn't his driver's lisence checked against the PLATE number?

On another, bitter note, I'm surprised this thread hasn't been hijacked by the "but if we just LEGALIZE drungs and TAX them, all of our problems will be solved" crowd.

This case totally ruined my July Fourth weekend.
