It's time to reform sex offender laws. There is no telling what these children have suffered at the hands of this creep. Can you imagine the hell they have been through? And he should have been locked away forever long ago. Look at his rap sheet! God I am sick.
I just heard Tony Snow say that this sex offender reported to the authorities just a couple weeks ago, apparently after he committed these crimes.
So what good does knowing their whereabouts do?
The only good it does, is if they are in jail, as this one should have been.
