Oh sheesh... everyone already knew. This is old news, like stupid DSM the liberals keep crapping their pants about.

Everyone KNEW who leaked it. Duh! Who cares? We should be focusing on protecting the HOMELAND, not fretting about a non-news factoid that everyone already know.

"It would be political trouble for Rove if true, but major egg on Lawrence O'Donnel if it isn't." Are you sure it would be egg?

"PREDICTION: Cooper's notes will probably be sealed as part of the grand jury evidence. No one will be charged, besides possibly Cooper and Miller going to jail for contempt. The notes will never be revealed. So O'Donnel can make these claims and not have to prove them."

You have swerved uncontrollably into the truth.

BAH-BYE

Wait a minute. Before we all pronounce Karl Rove guilty, and write his political epitaph, let's take a moment to remember Josh(?) Steiner. You know, the Clinton guy who said he "lied" to his diary. If he could lie to his diary, isn't it possible that this Cooper lied to his notebook? Just asking.

"Rove married a young woman named Valerie Wainright, whose family was in the Bush social circle in Houston. (The marriage didn't last long, and Rove remarried in 1986; he and his wife, Darby, have one son.)"

And your innuendo is........?

But would any reporter worth his salt actually name his source in the notes?

He wouldn't if his editors required him to provide notes identifying the source, which they could do because that goes a long way in court if they got sued by someone over something where a plaintiff asserts that the source is a fake.

Doesn't the reporter's promise of confidentiality prevent him from revealing the source's identity to anyone- including the editors or publishers of the medium that published it?

Yes, but it is easy enough to lie about that. So long as the publisher doesn't ever release the notes or publicly identify them, the source would never know about that -- something for people to think about if they are talking to the press on background.

Something unbelievable just went down on MSNBC's Scarborough Country. Lawrence O'Donnell screamed at John O'Neill for two segments as substitute host Pat Buchanan hopelessly tried to moderate.

O'Donnell interrupted O'Neill every few seconds, repeatedly called the Vietnam veteran a "liar" and a "creep," and sneered, scowled, and shouted at the top of his lungs about how O'Neill did nothing to stop the war.

When the Moveon (?) protestors were picketing his house, he came outside and yelled at them about leaving his kids alone, so he evidently has a family. There's probably an official bio somewhere, but I'm too tired to google it.

[[Wait a minute! Wasn't this the Lawrence O'Donnel who "lost it" during the campaign on Cable TV?]]

Yep, that's the creep all right. The same creep who defended John Kerry against the Swifties by screaming to John O'Neil that he was a liar every 30 seconds during a debate on MSNBC. The same Lawrence O'Donnel who claimed that John Kerry saved his life by meeting secretly with the enemy in Paris in 1970. This knucklhead and his whole family are nothing but shills masquerading as journalists for the Democratic party. If what he said about Rove is NOT true, then he will be a bigger joke than he already is.

Give Rove The Sandy Berger Treatment....

Unbelievable, ain't it??? Berger walked out of the freakin National Archives with classified documents down his shorts, and the MSM barely took notice, yet the bogus "Plame outing" was a two-week feeding frenzy, with the DNC/MSM conglomerate screaming for someone's head on a platter.
