Also heard that the entire Chance 2 #8 team will move with him to Cup including CC Bono Manion. Now I wonder who will drive the #8 Busch car, Truex will drive 5 races only next year in that series.

My guess is that the 8 goes back to Dale, mainly because Truex is a more-recent Busch champ and for the first Daytona race, the 8 would be guaranteed via the top-30 route.

RE: Rub

When you leave the rub on overnight, do you store it wrapped in the fridge? I do, and am unhappy with the results. I loose juices out of the meat. I tried using the rub without salt overnight, and then adding the salt the next day, but I still lost juice overnight.

I am doing spareribs for the Fourth, and don't know what I am going to try this time.

Polder has come out with a probe digital thermometer that, with one probe, monitors both the temp of the meat AND the grill/oven simultaneously. Some people have reported problems with it, but I have had nothing but good luck with mine.
