That looks like a lovely spot for a hotel.

A lovely spot, indeed. TOPO shows marshy land to the south and east; so there might be good waterfowling to be had nearby. Perhaps the hotel grounds might include facilities for skeet and a sportsman's lounge. The clay "pigeons" could be embossed with the visage of the land donor.
