Any jurist that rules against the ORGANIC CONSTITUTION then it becomes time to IMPEACH each and everyone of them!!!!
Well, x41 also gave us Clarence Thomas, a jurist who does get the concept of the Constitution and would be a good choice for Chief Justice IMHO.
