Seriously, the second part of his statement is supposed to be his defense. But the Bible states that homosexual behavior is sin, regardless of how "committed" one is to the sin.
Memo to all American and Canadian Episcopalians:
In Leviticus Chapter 18 God is laying down the moral law to Moses. In verse 22, God says, "You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.
How much simpler does it need to be than that?
