Deepak and Joran = most contact with each other, including chatting online very early in the morning (sometime after 3:20 am)
Joran left on the beach with Natalee = 2 brothers went home (per David Kock - this is the story they have been sticking with for the last 10 days consistently)
Joran claimed he called Deepak to come pick him up (2:30 am and possibly as late as 2:40am) - but "records" show that this could not be since Joran later text messaged Deepak to tell him he made it home. So there is no "logical" reason for Joran to text message Deepak that he got home "if" Deepak came back to the beach and then drove Joran home. Police called Joran on this...
Joran was confronted with his lie because LE has records that Joran text messaged Deepak to tell him he made it home. So Joran changed his story again after being told that LE has the contents of the text message he sent Deepak. Joran's new story after he was caught again in a lie was that Satish that picked him up. (there is no proof that Satish did or did not pick Joran up. Satish is saying he did not go back and pick Joran up.)
The first cell phone call was made at around 2:30 am (possibly as late as 2:40am) the text message (I made it home) was sent to Deepak on his cell phone some 40 minutes later after the cell phone call. (both of these are on cell phone records) - There are no cell phone records after the late " I got home" text message between Joran, Satish and Deepak.
Satish (per his Lawyer) says the brothers drop Joran & Natalie off at about 1:50am, but before 2:00am (the lawyer did not say where during this interview)
There is no known communication between Satish and Joran after 1:50am. So I am assuming that Satish is saying he never went back to pick up Joran - his lawyer believes this - but Satish has no alibi or no way to prove he was at home asleep, unless Deepak is his alibi (we know his mom is not their alibi because she came home from work late and saw the bedroom doors closed to the boy's bedrooms and she did not look in on them.) and Deepak is saying that he never went back to pick up Joran. But I think LE has some sort of proof that Joran had a online conversation with Deepak after he text messaged Deepak the "I made it home message". (they have the computers - but maybe they are still retrieving the content of the online conversation from the ISP's)
I think that Deepak admits that he had a online conversation with Joran from listening to Satish's lawyer talk as he brings up briefly a online conversation between Joran and the other brother (Deepak), but not his client (Satish). Was this online conversation between Joran and Deepak asking that the brothers come over to the VDS property later in the day on Monday after he gets off school? (not enough to raise suspicion or prove anything for LE?). Is this when the father and 3 boys came up with the Holiday Inn and 2 black security guard story? (I remember something being leaked out from one of the brothers that they were around the VDS pool discussing the planning of the Holiday Inn and 2 black security story.).
Now who was at the VDS's home when the boys were around the pool? Was it just the 3 boys making up the lie and did the brothers think they were going to lie just to cover Joran arse so that his father didn't know he was out so late at night? (lie for me with this story so that my Dad does not now I was out until after 3:00 am on school night, it's bad enough that he found out I snuck out but if he finds out I was out past 3:00 am I will be in deeper trouble?)
OR was it Joran and PVDS there around the pool asking the brothers to make up this lie and didn't the brothers ask why they were being asked to lie for Joran? Were the brother told what actually happened to Natalee that night or were they told that Joran just left her on beach and now she is missing and it looks bad for all the 3 boys since she was last seen getting in Deepaks car with all 3 of them or were they just told "something bad happened" but that it was Joran fault so we need you 2 brothers to protect him and lie for him. Did PVDS tell the boys if they didn't lie then did he threaten "if Joran goes down you go down with him as neither of you have alibi that you went home that night and remember she was seen getting in your car Deepak with Satish and Joran?
