Very interesting and it could be true. Actually if Natalee was kidnapped by the Sex/Slave Trade, there's a chance she IS still alive. As horrible as the sex trade people would be, at least she might still be alive. From the different things Natalee's parents have said, without giving specifics, I'm thinking this post you copied could be partially true.
There's been rumors that Lorenso is Juran's half brother??? Not sure if that is true or not. We also have to remember the missing girl, Amy Bradley from 1998. The same C&C Bar was mentioned in her case and the Sex Trade thing was somewhat confirmed.
But the rumor has been out there.
