I don't know if it was a gag order or not.
I started paying attention when one of the Fox and Friends, I believe it was Brian Kilmeade ask this female Aruban reporter something to the effect of "Well what are you doing here?". The reporter had this f-u attitude.
A little later the Fox and Friends crew stated that they probably would not be getting too much more info out of Aruba.

I think you might be right. PVDS and his junior, have both been treated like they are above the law from the beginning. I don't understand why they needed a new judge. I thought the one handling the case, was supposed to be from another location, so why did they need a new judge?
