No death penalty for him in Kansas

You are kidding me. That makes me want to cry.

I am not one that is big on the death penalty. But there are those that just really need killing. And this one qualifies.

The only justification for keeping him alive is to study him, like one would a particularly nasty insect.

Kansas now has the death penalty, but there is a clause(grandfather) that keeps BTK from it's embrace.NSNR

Kansas reinstated the death penalty a few years back, but Dennis Rader murdered his victims prior to the death penalty being reinstated. It really wouldn't matter, because the current governor, Kathleen Sebelius (D), would never enforce capital punishment.
