That's interesting. Now I wonder if those cards can be traced since you can buy them anywhere. I guess they could only see that one was used and who was called??

Travelers to Aruba can arrange through SETAR to have a temporary internet connection established at their Aruba vacation rental, provided that it has a computer or that they bring a laptop.
