Travelers to Aruba can arrange through SETAR to have a temporary internet connection established at their Aruba vacation rental, provided that it has a computer or that they bring a laptop. Prepaid phone cards, to use at pay phones outside of your Aruba vacation rental, can also be purchased from SETAR. Local cell phones are available for rent.
