I found this:

Telecommunication services on Aruba are provided by Servicio di Telecommunication di Aruba (SETAR). The company operates phone and internet programs for both residents and visitors. Travelers to Aruba can arrange through SETAR to have a temporary internet connection established at their Aruba vacation rental, provided that it has a computer or that they bring a laptop. Prepaid phone cards, to use at pay phones outside of your Aruba vacation rental, can also be purchased from SETAR. Local cell phones are available for rent.

Have you or anyone heard that Aruba's justice minister has admitted taking Joran's father into custody for the purpose of making Joran talk?

I just read that on scaredmonkeys. First time I heard that.
