The TRAITORS:

John Paul Stevens
Anthony Kennedy
David H. Souter
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
Stephen G. Breyer

They are ALL deserving of IMPEACHMENT! Are any of these traitors planning to retire in the next 3 years?

I suspect somewhere in the opinion is the phrase, "From each individual according to his ability, and to each individual according to his needs."

Remember, Kennedy was appointed by Reagan and Souter by Bush 41. W remembers and his appointments are not likely to turn out this poorly. This is why we must be prepared to stiffen the spines of the Republican senators when USSC nominations are made.

This is just another example of Justice Scalia being a "devicive figure" on the court as Ted Kennedy says. Voting to protect private property rights definetly disqualifies him from being Chief justice

I agree fully with your assertion, the foundations of this country are being assaulted by those who are suppose to defend it is nothing short of treachery against all Americans who own property. It assails the intentions of our founding fathers and all who have fallen to preserve it.

The SCOTUS fight has now become do or die for us, we must draw the line in the sand and prepare for battle.

Nowhere in the Constitution does it say anyone has the power to take personal property for private gain and not public use. Whoever gives the most contributions to the party in power has the inside track to possession of your property including personal property, which means what? your car too?

I got a better idea. Don't you agree that their homes are the perfect locations for brand new Wal-Marts?

These judges have put a knife in the heart of American freedoms and Lord willing will be tried for treason. Private property and religious freedoms are necessary pillars of free nations and these arrogant and hateful judges should not be allowed to remain in office.
A jail cell would be to good for them.
