Rove pulled our punch against the 9/11 enemy by bowing to whatever interests (Vincente Fox, illegal voting blocs, NAFTA era economic thinking) that keep our open borders OPEN. How many Freepers think that open borders are a good idea in War on Terror? This California gal weeps over Rove and GOP posturing.

Not the subject of article or Rove's comments. My suggestion: quit weeping and learn to stay focused.

Obviously you cannot defend your original assertions, since evidence to the contrary was provided and you simply changed the subject.

Uh, my "original assertion" was Rove was grandstanding, i.e., because if he REALLY held such comprehensively macho views on hitting the 9/11 foe, he would have ALSO sealed our borders.
