(As I said in a much earlier post, Casablanca deserves all the mentions it gets and then some. A newbie seeing the movie for the first time would think it one giant cliche precisely because so many of those lines have been quoted and/or reused numerous times over the years.)

We're gonna need a bigger boat!
Not a single Princess Bride (1987) quote in the list? Inconceivable!
"You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means."
"Fleshy-headed mutant, are you friendly?"
My heart knows a lonely song ...
Shalom.
Ghostbusters-Dr. Raymond Stantz: "Personally, I liked the University; they gave us money and facilities, we didn't have to produce anything. You've never been out of college. You don't know what it's like out there. I've worked in the private sector--they expect results. "
Mel Brooks was robbed!
How about from "History of the World, Pt I," with Madeline Kahn:
Baahhhb. Oh Baahhhb. Do I have any openings that this man might fill?"
I agree, Mel was robbed!

Clark W. Griswold:
I'd like Frank Shirley, my boss, right here tonight. I want him brought from his happy holiday slumber over there on Melody Lane, with all the other rich people, and I want him brought right here with a big ribbon on his head. And, I want to look him straight in the eye and I want to tell him what a cheap, lying, no good, rotten, floor-flushing, low-life, snake-licking, dirt-eating, inbred, overstuffed, ignorant, blood-sucking, dog-kissing, brainless, dickless, hopeless, heartless, fat-ass, bug-eyed, stiff-legged, spotty-lipped, worm-headed, sack of monkey sh** he is! Hallelujah! Holly Sh**! Where's the Tylenol?
Or from the scene with Hulk Hogan (Thunderlips)
Rocky (to Mickey) "How much do you think he eats?"
Micky (to Rocky) "About 195 pounds."
Ring Announcer "And in this corner, weighing in at 195 pounds..."
Sorry, I don't remember the exact weight, it's been too many years since I saw the movie!

Thanks for the Real Genius quotes! They still make me LOL.
"Well, ain't this place a geographical oddity. Two weeks from everywhere!"
Just about any line whatsoever from "O, Brother" had me p**ing myself -- how about :
"I'm a Dapper Dan man!"
"Yer losing some o' yer foldin' money!"
"Aw, not the livestock!"
"Do not seek the treasure!"
"You insulted mah kin!"
"He's a keeper -- he's bona fide!"
"That ain't mah ring! That's Aunt Lurleen's ring!"
and my all-time favorite, from Pappy O'Dan'el:
"It's a good thing your ma died givin' birth to ya, 'cause if she could see ya now, she'd die all over again!"
Dennis Hopper in Blue Velvet - a quote that, for obvious reasons, didn't make the list:
"I'll @%&$ anything that moves!"
""My name is Inigo Montoya, You killed my father, prepare to die"
Yes, priceless. The entire Princess Bride was hilarious from start to finish. Also loved:
"He's not dead; he's only partly dead!" (Billy Crystal)
and
"Never fight a land war in Asia, and never go up against a Sicilian when DEATH is on the line. Ah-ha-ha-hah! Ah-ha-ha-hah! Ah-ha-ha-(CLUNK)!"
Vote for Pedro and your wildest dreams will come true.
Let's not leave out the memorable Fat Bastard:
"Get in mah belly!"
And from Robert Downey Sr's obscure art film of the early 70s, "Greaser's Palace":
"Is this the card, Mr. Greaser? Is this the card? How about this one, Mr. Greaser? Is this the card?"
"What is this? You're going to wear the shirt of the band you're going to see? Don't be that guy." - PCU
Agree, And in that case am inexcusable ommission is
"MILF! MILF!" American Pie (1999)
Although not directly quoted, the "double, secret probation" line is a very well-known phrase from Animal House.
My all-time favorite movie line was given by Brian Keith in the Mountain Men: "I've been powerful confused for a month or two but I ain't never been lost."
"I'm 'on keel yew, Judas Iscariot Hogwallop!"

Funniest quote on the whole list:
64. "Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room!", "Dr. Strangelove," 1964.
