Put the towers back. They represent that horrible day and every person who lived and died that day. The hurt will always be there. A fitting Memorial to an entire city.

I wonder if it's architecturally sound to erect tw0 110-story middle fingers, to be used as replacement office buildings?

This memorial that was originally planned not only honors those who died in the attack, or who perished trying to save those who survived it, it is a memorial for all Americans who cried and suffered along with the victims' families, the rescue workers and volunteers who were a part of the aftermath. Surely there is something we all can do to help the efforts of those involved in the campaign to take back the memorial. Does anyone know how people all across the US can help?

Slavery, human rights, and Indians. There are hundreds of such monuments already in place, and they have little value at the ground zero site.

Why not just put up a statue of a hummingbird instead of an eagle?

Is Kristin Breitweiser amongst these families? If not, then according to the MSM, these families are not true 9/11 families as Kristin Breitweiser and ONLY Kristin Breitweiser qualifies. /sarcasm

Sombody call Donald Trump , He'll know what to do with this sacred spot , and you won't have to remind him to "FIRE" the existing desiginers . Where did they come from anyhow ? Who appointed them to cast guilt on the U.S. with this monument ? Somebody needs to take credit for this blunder . Who is it ???

...proposed plans for an International Freedom Center at Ground Zero which would have exhibits on slavery, human rights and American Indians.

Have I missed Mrs. Clinton's outrage over this?
