Croes being held 8 more days
sw
I'm thinking no. Why involve another person? The more peole that know, the more likely for someone to crack. Sloot has lived on the island most of his life. The natural bridge doesn't look that hard to find and its out in the open, based on the shots Johnathon Serrie (sp) keeps showing.
Earlier there was a snip from one of the links that mentioned that some people that go on the party cruises are wearing drugs under their clothes, for smuggling. That means these party boats do meat up with nefarious individuals at some point.
I wonder what, if anything, they have to show the judge in order to hold them for the first 8 days?
Or, is Aruba just making this up as they go. Since we all know it's such a perfect place and nothing bad ever happens there. /sarc
Bill O' is the best example of 'the ugly American' I can think of, at times.
You took the words right out of my mouth, Sarasota. All of those polls that say that the public is fed up with the MSM..I think, in part, can be attributed to these antics.
Why do you want #214 removed? There has been worse gossip spewed, like Natalee has run away before. (no evidence pointing to that) That Natalee was drunk and took off for a last minute island fling. (Again, no evidence to support her being drunk. Her friends said she was not drunk.) I think they are telling the truth. She was neat and organized. Not everyone wants to be hung over on their flight back home.
I think our media is doing a great job. Were it not for our media we wouldn't know how negligent the Arubian police have been. Without our media, I think this whole event would have been swept under the rug a LONG time ago. jmo
I'm sure her parents won't rest until answers are forthcoming.
As long as they were on beach patrol they should have reported their results. If her flight was for a few days later, maybe, but what RESPONSIBLE teen MISSES their flight? She was a responsible person. To assume this was a fling is just another act of negligence. jmo
Has he dug a tunnel, escaped and made it to Aruba already? :>)
Don't know, but my guess at this point is that the phone call might be the link.
What will be interesting is what happens when these 8 days are up for Sloot and the brothers. Will they continue to be detained or let go?
If they are let go and there is no resolution/confession - Aruba's economy will go even further down the drain.
What surprises me is that we still have not see Sloot's 'BEST FRIEND' pulled into this. Jamie. Why not?
She told Greta she knew she had to get down there right then when she found out. If she couldn't get on a plane right away she probably started making phone calls. If she knew of a corp jet and was able to get it diverted under these circumstances, she would have.
...IT'S ALL THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!!!
It's not like there's a war going on with American soldiers involved, or anything.
That's too easy on them. This is more like the Las Vegas of the Caribbean. There is a casino in every hotel. It may be small time, but there has got to be hustling galore with all that gambling. There has to be.
The scenario you gave in post #80 sent a shiver up my spine. I hope it isn't true, but it sure sounds like a very rational explanation as to what happened to Natalee.
Joran could have asked anyone for help disposing of her remains from there.
