While we're at it. Why do you keep pushing Op Gatekeeper like you do? It was a Clinton enacted program. Its been criticized by many, including border agents, that claimed it was designed to fail while dulling the anti-illegal feeling cause by the striking down of prop 187. It was so poorly done apparently (5-30% catch rate?) that it managed to make it EASIER for border jumpers that usually get caught at 66-75% by our current border patrol. Too many strikes against it for me to take it seriously.
