Wonder if he is someone important on the island they want to be protected by their govt., or a known druggie/criminal, whose identity would cause an uproar in the population or more fright for the parents. Why just the initials? The workings of the law in foreign countries makes any case like this so much more difficult.
That is the smart thing to do imho. Now if this was handled here, the O'Reilly's and Whoreraldo's of the media would have already spouted (reported, rumored)not only the name and info, but as well the personal business about the person of interest as well as the prson of interest family members and ancestors.
