Yep, you are right. I was there, stayed at the Holiday Inn some years ago. Bad island vibe.
The defense attorneys were out on Fox a minute ago saying things like "incident" "accident" and that drug cartels and conspiracies etc are the stuff of Hollywood not reality on Aruba.
You and I have been there - do you remember the prison? I have never seen anything quite like it. Yeah...safe island...
It looks like damage control is out in full force. Just a great big duty free (overrated) island filled with corruption from top to bottom.
I was disgusted listening to them.
I remember sitting at the club of the hotel at night and watching the "girls" from other islands who are paid to dance and carry on with the male tourists, mostly Americans. Gave me the creeps...and the girls looked pitiful too.
