The "contracts" were a feel-good measure by the organizers of the trip, the kids and the parents. "Look Mom, I'm not going out drinking, I promise, Karen and Susie's Dads will be there... I'll even sign a contract! Don't worry, I'll be fine..."
They are also a sorry reminder of the litigious society we live in today.
All that aside, personally, I'd like to hear more about Natalee's father. You know, what he does for a living? Who he works with? Business contacts and partners? Clients? Ex-clients? Who he knows in... oh, say... the FBI?
If you're Dutch and in Gov't in Aruba your exempt. The A.G. defended a 9 day delay in searching the kid's home saying they could'nt rush in like cowboys.

The point is that while Ms. Holloway's disapearance is tragic, it is a statistical anomoly....and at some point, these "kids" fly away from the coop. Indeed, I would guess that the avg age of our fighting foces in Iraq is not too far removed from Ms. Holloway's age.

That was already public knowledge. After numnut Whoreraldo asked Holloway Twitty if she knew blood (which was not his place to do and turned out not to be blood)was found in the car on worldwide tv in order to be the first to be the one in the know, yes the FBI attempted to plug up the flow of info.
I guess we can only surmise that if VDS is guilty and the brothers are not and he had no car that night, someone had to help him.
It does appear that whoever the person is that Maggie is getting info from has news just before the media does.
