Questions for you, and for others to ponder...

Do you think a person's right to refuse hydration/nutrition should be denied?

Do you think a less barbaric means of deliverance should be available for those who don't wish to remain in a PVS?

Do you think parents should have precedence over their adult children's spouses?

Do you think the armed forces of the State should be called in to overturn, by force, our court system decisions?

Do you believe individuals have no right to decide whether or not to continue their lives, for whatever condition they are in?

Do you value life over rights? "People" over individuals?

Do you realize that while you call others coldblooded, there are some who look at you that way...feeling that you have no compassion for those who would not want their body to be kept going?

Let me ask you something: Do you think a guy who supposedly loves his wife would wait until after a malpractice settlement to announce his wife did not wish to be kept alive through any type of artifcial means, even though he had absolutely nothing to back up his claim?

Do you think a man who supposedly loves his wife would ask nurses, "When is that bitch going to die?" and engage in unusual behavior (e.g., forbid his wife to have even the most basic care)?

This case had red flags all over it from the word go. At the very least, Michael should have had his guardianship permanently withdrawn and Terri's care placed in that of someone impartial. The fact you and others here chose to ignore that speaks volumes about how you measure humanity and compassion.

All you have to do is sign a Living Will that you want to be killed and they will gladly do it.

But, you do not have the right to determine when me or my family have to die. You step on our constitutional rights as American citizens who are given the right to LIFE.

Don't think for a minute I will surrender that right without a dang good fight. That changes the America I grew up with and I do not intend to turn America into a country of constitutional rights of some or constitutional rights of the healthy only. What a legacy for my grandchildren - they have to fully document that they want food and water, they want treatment rather than be killed when their eyes close.

They get to die wondering if those hovering over them are there because they love them or there to make sure they die quick and release their monetary leavings to them.

So you and others that want to die, just sit down and write a living will and I will make the decision I want and my family will make the decision they want.

It appears now - we have no automatic right to life anymore because of the death culture that goes around seeing who they can kill off.
