In fact, Mark Furhman said he was a well respected ME, that his report was excellent, that Mark agrees with it, and he even went so far to say that the ME would be "hailed" for his fairness and accuracy.
Court records that are ordered sealed are NOT a matter of public record. Public records are available to anyone wishing to see them. Sealed records are not. Ever heard of sealed adoption records, those are court records and many adoptees whose records were sealed cannot have the records regarding their own adoptions unsealed. Just because you are uninformed does not mean someone else is a liar.
